The system provides easy visual reporting showing who has received emails, who has responded and which contacts have bounced or unsubscribed.
The Overview Report shows all recipients, and is colour coded to quickly highlight which recipients responded positively, neutrally or negatively.
For example, if a contact responds as a positive, they will show up green on the overview report.
The Open Report shows who has opened the email, how many times they have opened the email and their most recent open.
These reports will enable you to understand which messages are most effective giving you the ability to tweak and optimise future campaigns.
