First, you can check if the email you are trying to send is in a queue of emails. For example, if you have sent an email to a list of 50 contacts, the new email will not be sent until all 50 contact emails have been completed. motar.me does this to avoid any spam issues.
If you do not have a queue of emails being sent you can revoke access in the settings page of motar.me. Once you have revoked access to motar.me, you can then reintegrate with your email and resend your test email.
